The Black Diamond is an entire 320 square meter floor of inspirational space that oozes with elegance and style. As soon as the elevators doors open, you are instantly taken with a massive head high Buddha, 1.4meter chandelier and views to the museum.

The stunning commercial quality kitchen can provide catering for events or large dinner parties. The white perimeter breaks up and stylishly details the overall look of the floor while serving as a cat walk for fashion shows or as waiter way to serve a room full of guests.

The entire room is a massive macanno set, with custom made furniture which is interlocked with Allen key fasteners and designed to pack down in minutes. With a touch of a button on the ipad the room can divide into 3 spaces to create more diversity of use, or can be made open plan.

I personally love the counter levered tables that appear to float and the touch screen swivel beams. The coffee table is majestic harbouring 10 sheets of black glass. The ultimate show stopper is the 4 meter bar, which opens at the touch of a button to reveal a massive entertainers serving sink - which looks spectacular loaded with drinks and deserts.

20mm steel plate bolted onto the slab floor enables the under lying support for each furniture location. The 4meter bar and ceiling panels are all driven by actuators. The iPad talks to the rack and the rack commands the room: lighting sound, the bar, room divides. For convenience there are several preset lighting modes.

To stay at the black diamond is a unique luxury experience with a beautiful Italian tiled bathroom and a large shower suite, enormous 35 square meter bedroom - which in itself is bigger than many hotel rooms. The day beds are so luxurious, great for an afternoon nap or to watch a movie.

With one way glass and light from every side the Black Diamond is exceptional.
